Commentators described it as challenging longtime beliefs that the making of the Let It Be album was marked entirely by tensions between the Beatles, instead showing a more upbeat side to its production. After taking on Paul's friend George Harrison as their lead guitarist, Stuart Sutcliffe as their bassist and Pete Best as their drummer, the five-piece band became the Beatles.
