As Tom says: `It's impossible to stick to a diet if the food you're expected to eat is boring and doesn't fill you up. So I've developed lots of tasty and satisfying recipes that people will love to cook and eat , but that will also help them lose weight . So far what I have made has been tasty and filling (lot of corgettes), but personally I find some of the recipes not complicated but fiddly, too many ingredients in some, but this is maybe because I am trying the recipes for the first time so I’m continually checking the page to see if I am doing it right, which with the one layer lasagne I obviously didn’t because the amount of liquid in the dish I had left in the dish, no no no no I definitely didn’t get that right no idea courgettes dripped out water. I don't know how Tom does it but it's incredible, as snacking between meals is often the reason why most diets don't work.

Tom also uses some very creative ways of incorporating flavour to the dishes without the calories which is an incredible achievement to me, as Tom has managed to make Healthy Food Interesting, Enjoyable and keeps you feeling full through the day. Recipes include warm halloumi salad; salt and pepper squid; sweet potato and black bean burritos; sticky pork chops; and baked doughnuts with sweet five-spice dust. The focus is on the food that we can and should be eating to lose weight, which is easy to make and won't make you feel as though you are missing out . However I did find the vast majority of them in my local supermarket in areas on aisles I've never really visited before. Now Tom is turning his attention to helping food-lovers who have chosen a lower-calorie diet as their own route to weight-loss .We don’t share your credit card details with third-party sellers, and we don’t sell your information to others. I fully recommend this for everyone, meat eaters, vegetarians, vegans, people trying to lose weight, and those that just want to expand their palette.

Each recipe has an approx calorie count and there is a list of calories per common food item, helpful if you want to substitute when the recipe includes things you don't care for. Recipes include Southern-style chicken; One-layer lasagne; Chicken tikka masala; Lamb doner kebab; Beef stroganoff; Sweet potato and black bean burritos; Sticky pork chops; and Baked doughnuts with sweet five-spice dust. It's impossible to stick to a diet if the food you're expected to eat is boring and doesn't fill you up. I'm going to enjoy making many of these recipes for the whole family without telling them they are low calorie meals, that way i can try and discretely stay on a diet but without having to prepare two different meals at each sitting. Michelin-starred chef Tom Kerridge has been developing top recipes for nearly three decades and knows how to make things taste good.It's been on my cookery book stand permanently since then in the kitchen and we cook from it most days of the week. And as the title of my review suggests, you really can not tell that these are lower calorie meals from a flavour perspective and the portion sizes are more than adequate, which to me is essential if you are going to stick to more healthy eating.
