I’ve been sick and am on a liquid diet for a little longer and this will definitely be the spoonful of sugar that helps my medicine (liquid diet) go down!But if you’re using loose leaf tea, the lavender flavor (or whatever flavor you’re using) should be subdued, so I would use about 1/4 cup to start and adjust accordingly!
